Do I need a Paypal account?
No, if you have one then you can just sign in with it, alternatively we accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), eChecks and bank transfers.
As most of our items are printed to order, we operate an exchange policy where by customers have 14 days to return merchandise for an exchange if sizing is incorrect. The product must be unused and the condition is as new, with all packaging and tags still attached. In order to do this please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "Returns" and we shall send you the details to complete your request.
You will only pay one delivery charge per order. We aim to process all orders within 7 working days and an email will be sent to you once the package has been dispatched. All parcels are sent out by royal mail recorded delivery & for the UK will arrive within 3-5 working days. For international orders it will take a few days longer. Please bear in mind during holiday periods the delivery time may be slightly extended.
If you fail to sign for a parcel it will be returned to the courier depot. The courier will reattempt to deliver and if missed a second time, will be held at the depot for a brief period for you to collect. Failing this it will eventually be sent back to us. Once we receive the package we will refund your money minus the cost of postage and an administration charge of £5.

Pleasenofisticuffs shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Once an order has been placed it may be cancelled, providing the item has not been printed or dispatched. It is essential you notify us immediately of any changes.
